At Bellissimo, we are committed to providing the highest quality hair products. That’s why the vast majority of our hair extensions and wigs are crafted using 100% human Remy hair. This premium grade of hair is carefully selected to ensure that all the hair strands have their cuticles intact and are aligned in one direction from root to tip.  


This unidirectional cuticle alignment is crucial because it:
Minimizes tangling and matting: The smooth cuticle layer prevents friction between hair strands.  
Enhances smoothness and shine: Intact cuticles reflect light beautifully, giving the hair a healthy luster.  
Increases longevity: With proper care, Remy hair tends to last longer than non-Remy hair.
Offers natural movement and styling versatility: Being real human hair, it can be styled, washed, and treated just like your own hair.  

We want you to be happy with your Bellissimo purchase. While we recommend using our colour ring or sending a image of your hair for the best colour match, we do offer exchanges for incorrect colours if the hair is unopened, as new, and in its original packaging. For other returns (e.g., not as described), items can be returned at your cost within 7 days if unopened and in new condition. Faulty items must be reported within 30 days. Please ensure all returns include a completed return form, and note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used hair, coloured/toned extensions, or synthetic hair pieces.

We understand that selecting the perfect colour and length online can be tricky! To help you find your ideal match, we highly recommend a couple of options:
Purchase a Bellissimo Colour Ring: This is the most accurate way to see the true shades of our hair extensions in person and compare them directly to your own hair.
Send us a Hair Sample: For a precise colour match, you can send us a image of your own hair over social media and our experts will find the closest Bellissimo shade for you.
While product photos can give you a good idea, screen variations can occur. Taking advantage of our colour ring or sample matching service will significantly increase your confidence in choosing the right product and help avoid the need for exchanges. For length, please refer to our detailed product descriptions and length guides, which often include visual aids to help you visualise the different lengths.
